We offer fireplace service and repairs unlike anyone else in the business. Our parts warehouse is fully stocked with the parts our technicians need to ensure the job is done quickly and the right way. Our service trucks always have the appropriate parts on hand.  In fact, each truck has over 100 different Pilot Assemblies, 15 different Remote Controls, various Control Modules from every Manufacturer, 14 different Blower Assemblies, and out-of-production burner pans in stock every day. This allows us to service your fireplace on the spot without ordering parts and waiting for delivery.

Every fireplace we service and repair not only gets fixed, but the entire fireplace gets taken apart, every inch of it is cleaned, and everything gets put back together properly and tested.

From removing our shoes at the door, taking the extra precautions to ensure your house remains spotless, stocking our warehouse with as many old and new parts as possible, our service department has you covered.

 We offer the most flexible hours of any company in the area from 6 a.m. until as late as you can think…we have the right appointment for you. Only available Sundays? Work a busy schedule? Live out of state? The possibilities are endless. With flexible two hour arrival windows, in-route text notifications, we promise we will change your perception of service.
